The best all inclusive resorts in Turks and Caicos are surprisingly easy to narrow down, because there are only a handful of true all inclusive options across the islands.
Are There All Inclusive Resorts In Turks And Caicos?
Yes, but not many. Turks and Caicos isn’t your typical all inclusive destination, and that’s exactly what makes it special. While other islands are packed with all inclusive resorts offering endless buffets and bottomless drinks, the Turks and Caicos Islands take a different approach.
Turks and Caicos has built its reputation on luxury villas, boutique hotels, and smaller beachfront properties rather than rows of high-capacity all inclusive resorts. If you’ve been to places like Cancun or Punta Cana, the setup here is completely different.
There are only a handful of true all inclusive resorts here, which makes it much easier to find the right fit for your trip. We’ve listed them all below, along with what’s included, what to expect, and who each resort is best suited for.
This guide will help you figure out if an all inclusive is the right choice for your trip.
If you’ve looked through the resorts below and still aren’t sure which one is the right fit, we’d love to help. We’re certified travel advisors and we’ve spent years exploring the islands first-hand. If you’re not sure where to start or want to make sure you’re getting the best value, we can help you sort it out. There’s no extra cost to you when you book your resort with us. - Ambergris Cay
Below, you’ll find a quick breakdown of what each resort offers, who it’s best for, and a few things to know before you book.
BEACHES RESORT – PROVIDENCIALES
Overview:
Beaches Resort is by far, the best all inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos for families. In fact it’s often been named the best family friendly all inclusive in The Caribbean. Families who want the full, traditional all inclusive experience without having to think twice about meals, activities, or entertainment.
Accommodations:
This place is huge, with over 700 rooms spread across four distinct “villages”, each with its own vibe. From standard hotel-style rooms to large family suites and beachfront villas, there’s a wide range of layouts and price points. Some even include butler service. Just know that the size of the resort can feel overwhelming at first, especially for first-time visitors.
Dining:
You’ll have access to over 20 restaurants, offering everything from kid-friendly staples to sushi, Caribbean, Italian, and more.
Most guests won’t make it to every restaurant, but the variety is there if you want it. Drinks, snacks, and premium liquor are all included.
Activities:
This is where Beaches really shines for families. There’s a massive waterpark, included scuba diving for certified divers, daily kids’ clubs, a teen lounge, Sesame Street characters for the littles, beach games, water sports, live shows, and more. If you’re looking for a place where you can keep everyone busy without having to plan much, this is it.
Those looking to learn to Scuba can take advantage of the Learn To Dive Program. Certified divers can take advantage of the incredible adventures provided.
For children, there is a kids club camp with endless supervised activities and entertainment. For tweens and teens, Club Liquid, is a sleek new hotspot to make new friends on your vacation.
To Know:
Beaches Turks and Caicos is easily the most traditional all inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos AND the most expensive. It books up fast (especially during school breaks and Festive), so if this is on your list, plan well ahead.
If you plan to stay on property most of the time and take advantage of everything it offers, it can be worth the splurge. But if you’re hoping to explore the island, dine off resort regularly, or spend your days out on excursions, this might not be the best fit for your budget.
Again, this is definitely a family focused resort. If you’re looking for late night parties and club music blasting into the wee hours, this isn’t the resort for you.

ALEXANDRA RESORT – PROVIDENCIALES
Best For:
The Alexandra Resort is great for families or couples who want an all inclusive stay on Grace Bay Beach without the size or price tag of Beaches.
Accommodations:
The Alexandra offers a more relaxed, condo-style setup compared to the larger resorts. You’ll find everything from studio suites to two-bedroom options and even a four-bedroom penthouse.
Most rooms come with either a kitchenette or full kitchen, and all have private patios or balconies. It’s a great setup for early morning coffee or winding down after the beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, not ultra-modern, but very functional. Your fridge will be stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks and restocked throughout your stay.
Dining:
There are four restaurants on site, five bars including a popular swim-up bar, and one smoothie bar for lighter options.
The food is solid and rotates throughout the week. It’s not a huge variety, but most guests find something they enjoy.
You’ll also have access to the restaurants at Blue Haven Resort, its sister property, which gives you a few more options if you’re staying longer. A free shuttle runs between the two.
Activities:
Non-motorized water sports like kayaks, paddleboards, and hobie cats are included. There’s also a small fitness center, beach volleyball, and a kids’ club. If you’re traveling with younger kids, it’s a great way to keep them entertained while you enjoy some downtime.
Additional activities like kiteboarding, paddleboard yoga, and guided tours can be arranged through the resort team.
To Know:
The Alexandra is located directly on Grace Bay Beach, which is a big plus. You’re also close enough to walk or bike to nearby shops, restaurants, and local beach bars.
The overall vibe is casual and easygoing. It’s not over-the-top luxury, but it’s stylish, modern, comfortable, and a great pick if you want all inclusive convenience with a more flexible feel.
BLUE HAVEN RESORT – PROVIDENCIALES
Best For:
Travelers who want an all inclusive resort in a quieter, more private setting yet still on Providenciales to access Grace Bay Beach.
Accommodations:
Blue Haven Resort offers a range of condo-style accommodations, from studio suites to three-bedroom penthouses. Studio suites come with a mini fridge and microwave, while the larger suites have fully equipped kitchens.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable with views of the resort grounds, marina, or Leeward Channel. Like its sister property, Alexandra Resort, the style here is simple and clean, not ultra-modern, but fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
Dining:
Blue Haven has two main restaurants on site, Fire and Ice and Salt Bar and Grill. There’s also a Seaside Pool Bar and Grill, a smoothie bar, and a main bar near the pool. Food and drinks are included, with rotating menus throughout the week. If you want to mix things up, you can hop on the free shuttle to Alexandra Resort and enjoy the restaurants and bars there as well.
Activities:
The resort has its own small private beach along the calm waters of Leeward Channel. While it’s not Grace Bay Beach, it’s a peaceful spot for sunbathing and swimming.
Kayaks, paddleboards, hobie cats, and other non-motorized water sports are included. The resort also has a small spa, fitness center, beach volleyball, and options to book additional activities like kiteboarding, boat tours, and other excursions for an extra cost.
To Know:
Blue Haven Resort is a great option if you’re looking to stay away from the busier Grace Bay area but still want the flexibility to go there when you like. Having access to Alexandra Resort’s beachfront and restaurants is a nice perk and gives you more to explore within the all inclusive plan.
The beach at Blue Haven is beautiful and quiet, but it’s not the same as Grace Bay. If you’re dreaming of those long, wide beach walks and soft powdery sand, Alexandra might be the better pick. If you’re after a more private, low-key spot with fewer crowds, Blue Haven is a solid choice.
CLUB MED TURKOISE – PROVIDENCIALES
Best For:
Adults looking for a casual, social, all inclusive stay on Grace Bay Beach with a fun, almost summer camp vibe. This is the best adults only all inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos because, well, it’s the ONLY adults all inclusive resort throughout the archipelago.
Accommodations:
Rooms at Club Med Turkoise are simple, clean, and comfortable. This isn’t a luxury stay, but it’s a great fit if you care more about location and activities than high-end finishes.
Rooms are spread across low-rise buildings with bright Caribbean colors, and most have private balconies or terraces. Some of the spaces feel a little dated, but they’re well-kept and fully functional for a beach vacation.
Dining:
There are two restaurants and four bars on site, including Sharkies Grill and Beach Bar, a lively beachfront spot for quick snacks, drinks, and daily activities. It’s a popular hangout where you can grab tacos, burgers, or a rum punch without leaving the beach for long. The food overall is good, with a mix of international options and island-inspired dishes.
Activities:
The vibe at Club Med Turkoise is often described as a bit like a cruise ship or summer camp for adults. It’s social, energetic, and packed with daily activities. You can also simply opt to hang out at the pool, which is steps away from the bar!
You’ll find included water sports like snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, and hobie cats, plus beach volleyball, tennis, fitness classes, and even a trapeze school.
Certified divers can book dive trips to explore the third largest reef in the world. Excursions, diving packages, and other add-ons are available for an extra cost.
To Know:
Club Med Turkoise is adults only, and the price point is often more approachable than other resorts in the area. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic getaway with luxury rooms and fine dining, this probably isn’t your spot.
But if you want a social, low-maintenance, easygoing vacation where you can stay active or just relax with a drink on one of the best stretches of Grace Bay Beach, it’s a great fit.
Day passes are also available if you’re staying elsewhere and want to spend a day enjoying Club Med’s beach, pool, and amenities. You can see pricing and purchase those through ResortPass.
Feel free to reach out to us at viptravel@corksandtacos.com to help book your Club Med stay in Turks and Caicos.
Bonus: Club Med Turkoise has been consistently Green Globe certified and actively supports the Turks & Caicos Reef Fund, helping to protect the island’s marine life through local conservation efforts.

AMBERGRIS CAY
Best For:
Honeymooners, couples, or travelers looking for the ultimate luxury all inclusive experience on a private island.
Accommodations:
Ambergris Cay is pure luxury in every sense. The private island resort offers a mix of beachfront pool suites and multi-bedroom villas, all beautifully secluded and set among over 1,100 acres of mostly untouched land.
Each beachfront suite includes a private heated plunge pool, outdoor shower, and uninterrupted ocean views. The villas range from three to six bedrooms, with one estate offering an impressive ten-bedroom setup for larger groups or multi-family stays.
With only a small number of suites and villas available, the resort always feels quiet and exclusive.
Dining:
Dining at Ambergris Cay is fully customized. Meals and premium drinks are included, whether you’re enjoying all-day dining at the Ambergris Cay Club House, poolside snacks, or a private beach picnic.
The menus are flexible and often tailored to your preferences, with chefs happy to make adjustments or create something special just for you. The focus here is on fresh, high-quality ingredients and a personalized experience, not on a set list of dining options.
One of the highlights is The Hangover Floating Tiki Bar, anchored off Little Ambergris Cay. It’s a super fun and laid-back spot where you can sip tropical cocktails while relaxing on the turquoise water. It’s one of those “only in the islands” moments that makes your stay at Ambergris Cay feel even more special.
Activities:
Guests can enjoy as much or as little activity as they like. Included options range from kayaking and snorkeling off the shores to bonefishing, guided nature walks, and paddleboarding.
You can also book whale watching trips, free diving, sunset cruises, and other excursions. Back on the island, you’ll find a spa, tennis courts, beach bonfires, and the option to book exclusive dinners at the Chef’s Table.
Even though Ambergris Cay is a top choice for couples and honeymooners, children are more than welcome. The resort offers a great kids’ clubhouse with games, activities, and plenty of space to keep younger travelers entertained
To Know:
A stay at Ambergris Cay is a splurge, with rates starting in the thousands per night, but for travelers looking for an unmatched luxury experience in Turks and Caicos, this is as exclusive as it gets.
The resort is especially popular for honeymoons and special celebrations. Guests arriving at Providenciales International Airport will be greeted by airport staff and taken to the private flight terminal for a 20-minute flight to Ambergris Cay. If you’re flying in on a private plane, you can clear customs directly on the island.
We’re happy to assist with your booking and help you plan the perfect stay to make the most of this one-of-a-kind experience.

Turks And Caicos All Inclusive Resorts On The Map
Resorts That Offer All Inclusive Or Meal Plan Options
These resorts aren’t true all inclusives in the traditional sense, but they offer meal plans or all inclusive-style packages that might work for your trip.
It’s worth noting that none of these resorts are located on the main island of Providenciales. They’re all family friendly, but they’re best suited for travelers looking for a more secluded getaway with luxury at the forefront of the stay.
Pine Cay
Pine Cay offers what they call island inclusive rates, which typically cover three meals per day but don’t include alcohol. Sometimes special promotions will pop up that include beverage packages, but most of the time drinks are an additional cost.
COMO Parrot Cay
COMO Parrot Cay offers optional meal plans that you can add per person, per day. Pricing is available for both adults and kids. It’s a great way to simplify your stay, but it’s not automatically included in the base room rate.
Sailrock Resort – South Caicos
Sailrock offers luxury all inclusive packages as a select promotion during certain times of the year. It’s not a year-round offering, so you’ll need to double check if the package is available for your dates.
If you’re interested in any of these resorts, feel free to contact us to confirm what current packages or offers are available for your dates.
Is an All Inclusive Worth It In Turks And Caicos?
We’ll be honest, we don’t typically recommend staying in an all inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos unless it truly fits your travel style.
The island has some incredible restaurants and beach bars, and we hate to see people limit themselves to what’s available on their resort when there’s so much to enjoy just outside the gates. That’s just our two cents, but it’s something to think about when you’re deciding how you want to spend your trip.
All inclusives can definitely be worth it if you’re traveling with kids, planning a multi-generational trip, or simply want the convenience of having meals, drinks, and activities handled for you. Resorts like Beaches and The Alexandra make it easy to stay put, which can be a huge plus when traveling with little ones or when you just want to kick back and relax without planning a thing.
But if you’re hoping to explore, visit different restaurants, and spend your days out on excursions, you might get better value by staying in a condo-style resort or rental. Most resorts on the island are set up this way, with kitchenettes or full kitchens, so it’s easy to pick up groceries, make a few simple meals, or even hire a private chef for a night or two.
It’s also worth remembering that you’re still paying for your food and drinks either way. The price difference between all inclusive and non-inclusive can sometimes be more about convenience than cost in my opinion. For travelers who love variety and want to experience more of the local food scene, a non-inclusive stay often makes more sense.
If you’re not sure what’s right for you, we’re always happy to help you weigh the options and find the best fit for your trip.
